Our Fall Dance League Registration is OPEN!

YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

  • 12 Week Season of Professional Dance Instruction

  • 2 Tournaments and 1 Championship Tournament (Holiday Gala)

  • Tournaments include Sips and Snacks

  • Holiday Gala includes full dinner 

  • Free Practice Time in studio

Beginner Level, MONDAYS: 6:15-7:00 p.m.

Bronze Level, WEDNESDAYS: 8:30-9:15 p.m.

Dates: 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/11, 11/18, 12/2, 12/9

TEAM RHYTHM 

Beginner Level : THURSDAYS 7:00-7:45 p.m.

Bronze Level, WEDNESDAYS 6:15-7:00 p.m.

Our league is open to Beginner and Bronze level dancers only.

 

The Beginner level is for those with little to no exposure to ballroom dance. Classes will cover basic patterns and techniques that are foundatoinal to each dance.

 

The Bronze level is for dancers who are comfortable with fundamentals and basic figures. They are able to dance to the music with basic technique and floor craft skills. In the Bronze level new figures will be added and there will be an additional focus on partnering, technique, floor craft and musicality.

 

TOURNAMENTS:​

Tournament #1

Saturday October 10th at 7:00 pm 

Tournament #2

Saturday November 7th at 7:00 pm 

Championship Tournament/Holiday Gala: 

Saturday December 12th at 7:00 pm

  • All Teams Compete both as a Team and as individuals 

  • Tournaments judged by a local non-dancer and a professional dancer. 

  • Sips & Snacks Served

  • Open to spectators free of charge (except Holiday Gala), the more cheering the better!

How Dance League Works:

Weeks 1-4, Dance Rotation One:

  • All teams will learn one dance per week for 3 weeks on your team's respective day and league time. 

  • On week 4 will be a review and tournament prep lesson.

Week 4, Saturday Night Tournament:

  • After 4 weeks of lessons, all teams will compete in a Tournament, held on Saturday 

  • Teams will be judged both as a team and as individuals

  • Everyone on all Teams are the same level, beginner or bronze level

  • While skill will be looked at so will team spirit and entertainment value!

Weeks 5-8, Dance Rotation Two:

  • All Teams will get another weekly lesson to learn more of the 3 dances in your Team. 

  • Lessons held on each Team's respective day and time. 

  • Week 8 will be another chance to fine tune your skills and tighten up your team for Tournament time. 

Week 8, Friday Night Tournament:

  • After another 4 weeks of lessons all Teams have a chance to compete again at our second Tournament. 

  • Different judges so a completely new chance is given for Teams and Couples to win points towards the Championship. 

​​Weeks 9-12, Dance Rotation Three:

  • Each Team will get their last lessons in each of their dances on their respective day and league time.

  • This last rotation will combine all skills to lead into the Championship round of Tournaments!

Week 12, Saturday Night Championship Tournament:

  • Everyone will be competing for the last time both as a Team and as Couples

  • Additional Fun Dance Games will be added for extra points!

  • Overall Points will be tallied!

  • ​Winners Announced and Prizes Awarded!​​​

Cost for the entire 12-week league: $245 per person 

Dance Plan Members:
Your dance plan can be used towards dance league lessons. There is a one-time $20 fee for the entire season, if you choose to do this, which covers your participation in the Holiday Gala.

 

To take advantage of this option, you'll need to:

  • Remain on an active dance plan for the duration of the league.

  • Renew your plan at the beginning of each month during the twelve week league season.
